What does strength give to dance? Choreographer and dancer Üüve-Lydia Toompere started strength training because she discovered while performing contemporary dance and pole dance that the particular muscle group she needed was simply too weak. Therefore, it was difficult to perform the necessary dance techniques. In the workshop, the participants begin to discover the weak links of their own body and try to find solutions to train them stronger under Toompere’s guidance.
