MovementSEASONs are morning gatherings taking place once a month during one week, where professional dance and performance artists share their experience with advanced dancers and creators, in order to better themselves and their bodies. The aim of the SEASON is to facilitate dialogue within the field of dance and performance art, and to make way for the growth of knowledge.

Laura Kvelstein has been active in dance for the past 20 years. She started with ballet and continued with contemporary dance when she was 17 years old. She has worked as a dancer at Fine5 Dance Theatre and as a performer and choreographer in various collaborative projects in Estonia and abroad. She also runs her own dance company millimeter performance group. From time to time she facilitates movement and contact improvisation classes and workshops.
Perhaps we will touch each other from a distance with our noses. Perhaps we will investigate resistance and reconsideration. Perhaps we will move without actually moving, perhaps we will guide and surrender in the same instance.
