On four evenings in November, the Tallinn Art Hall hosts a series of dance and visual art performances by three pairs of artists. Each night, curator Evelyn Raudsepp invites one Estonian dance artist and one visual artist to collaborate on a performative work in the Tallinn Art Hall. These unique works are only performed once, on one night only. The project is a collaboration with the Sõltumatu Tantsu Lava, which places human bodies into artificial environments and tests the measure of theatricality in the processes that surround people in current society. The two institutions have collaborated before in 2017, when a series of performances called “Whitefield” brought dance artists into art venues – three artists commented three exhibitions in Tallinn with their performances.
